Monica Franchi Souza is co-owner and Agent In Charge of Assureline Insurance & Financial Services, LLC, one of the most recognized insurance agencies within the Brazilian community in Florida. With 26 years of residency in Orlando and nearly two decades of experience in the U.S. insurance market, Monica has established herself as a leading reference in health and life insurance planning and financial protection for immigrant families.
With a degree in Marketing from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM — São Paulo, Brazil), Monica also completed the NYLIC University program at New York Life Insurance Company, where she has worked as an independent agent since 2011. In 2016, she founded Assureline as her own agency, solidifying the consultative method that sets her apart today: deeply understanding each client’s reality before recommending any product.
As a Registered Representative of NYLIFE Securities LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC), Monica is authorized to offer financial and investment products with Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, in addition to holding the Florida 2-15 insurance license (W047345) and a California insurance license (0J00036). She specializes in Medicare, Obamacare (ACA), life insurance, private retirement plans, and financial solutions for families and businesses.
Among her professional achievements, Monica is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Top of the Table for 7 consecutive years—an international recognition that brings together the top 1% most productive life insurance and financial services agents in the world. She also qualified for multiple New York Life Executive Councils, received the Humana Top 100 in 2014, and the NAIFA Quality Award in 2014 and 2015.
She and Paulo De Souza have earned Elite Plus status in the Health Insurance Marketplace (Obamacare) since the first year the award was established, maintaining the title every consecutive year for enrolling more than 500 consumers during Open Enrollment. Together, they have enrolled more than 10,000 clients in the marketplace since operations began.
A mother of two, Monica is a Trustee member of the Brazil-Florida Chamber of Commerce (CFBACC) and an active supporter of educational initiatives aimed at the Brazilian immigrant community. She serves clients in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
